Often times, it seems like getting a good deal at a property auction depends on how heavily it is attended. Usually the ones that don't draw huge crowds are where there can be deals to be found.

Hi Gitu, Assam is a wonderful land. Go deep into the history of ancient Assam, there you will find every thing. It is the gate way of Eastern India but due to many factors it become a land locked Area. However, the recent development of good relation of US with Myanmar might have open up the Industrial route of Assam to the South Eastern country to change the fate of the whole regions. Hope for the best.
